Fabulous gaden views, freshly made food. I loved a functional decor and dark furniture. It was just next door to beach, town and the Golf Course, picturesque location overall. .
Everything was first-class except the room that really could have been not cleaned.
-
staff was extremely accommodating, room was convenient and cosy. exceptionally good breakfast included in price. we loved that it had unbelievable location right at fistral beach. it was a pet-friendly hotel, nothing too much trouble, would recommend.
-
We loved to be here, its views and staff. The beach was a short walk from the hotel we stayed at.
-
I liked fairly helpful staff, absolutely amazing location. Please, send my best to porter.
-
Being close to the sea and the pleasant staff
-
Friendly staff, awesome location, lovely bar and terrace with great views over Fistral Bay, clean rooms and yummy breakfast!!
Parking is tight and a little limited but the hotel have an arrangement with a nearby car park so no biggy

Hotel staff were excellent and went out of their way to look after us, great atmosphere.

The location is amazing overlooking Fistral bay. The bar and restaurant are an excellent combination of indoor and outdoor space - the lunch and evening menus are very good quality. A nice drink and meal on the terrace is a real treat and the staff are very helpful. Breakfast is freshly cooked which is a really nice change from buffet style breakfasts.
-
The view was amazing overlooking Fistral Beach. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. All staff members from reception to bar were very friendly. Will definitely be returning again. Thank you.
Only minor issue is that we could hear the next rooms kettle boiling in the morning. Not enough to worry about but imagine the walls are quite thin.
-
The staff very good easy to book in and very good security could not fault the hotel at all.
-
Beautiful views across the golf course and the sea beyond. I am not in any way a fan of golf but the gently undulating green against the blue sky was very pleasant to look out onto. The location was very conveneint for us as we were attending a wedding and it was also close to the beach.
-
everything was brilliant about the hotel, location, food, staff.
the only fault i had with the hotel was the the room was very small and the double bed was a bit of a joke, me and my partner are not big people but the bed was so small and had a very poor 2 night sleep.
-
Really nice atmosphere, staff very nice and helpful if you have a problem, food good and a great location for Fistral Beach and town centre.
Parking could be a problem during busy season, but Hotel does have access to alternative parking areas.

As we drove through Newquay centre we were unsure of having booked there but as soon as we arrived at the hotel which was set above Fistral beach we knew we had picked the right place. The view was amazing, the staff were really friendly from the cleaner to the management, especially the bar staff. The food was better at the hotel than when we ate out and all in all it was a really good experience. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who asks and I would love to stay there again in the future.
Parking on a hill is a bit of an experience but it caused laughter.

The Staff were very friendly and the food amazing(and cheap compared to the rest of Newquay)!
Room was quite small, but filled the need.
